  • WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?
    • The preliminary interview: 20€ ​The accompaniment individual art-therapeutic (whatever the specialty) is at:• the session of forty minutes: 40€ • one hour session: €60 • the session of an hour and a half: 80€The group butoh therapy dance accompaniment:• two-hour session: €25
  • WHICH ART THERAPY OPTION TO CHOOSE?
    Between the idea we have of things and the things themselves, there is often a whole world... You can give your preferences to the professional during the preliminary interview. And if you don't have a preference, the professional will guide you step by step on a path that may suit you. And if he doesn't suit you, you can tell him. With experience and practice in session, a singular path always opens up to the Subjects.
  • HOW REGULARLY IS THE MONITORING DONE?
    The regularity of the follow-up is fixed during the preliminary interview between you and the art therapist. Generally, it is one session per week, sometimes every two weeks or even once a month.
  • IS THERE A PAYMENT FACILITY?
    In some situations, accommodations can be found. To do this, talk about it with your art therapist during the preliminary interview or during your follow-up.
  • ARE THERE ANY CONTRAINDICATIONS?
    A medical indication or prescription is strongly recommended in private consultation, it is compulsory in the context of a care course carried out in an institution. It is recommended to seek advice from your doctor / psychiatrist / psychotherapist before committing to an art-therapeutic follow-up.
  • WHO IS ART THERAPY FOR?
    Anyone can face occasional or chronic difficulties. Art therapy is aimed at all ages (child, teenager, adult and elderly person) and adapts to the physical and mental abilities of each .e in order to help the person overcome their difficulties.   • DISTANCIAL OR PRESENTIAL?
    Sessions take place mainly at the practice in Tourrette-Levens. In some cases, sessions can take place in video by zoom.
  • HOW LONG IS A SESSION?
    The duration of an individual or group session varies between 40 minutes to 2 hours. The said duration is chosen during the interview and can be modified as the follow-up with your art therapist progresses.
  • WHICH CURRENT OF ART-THERAPY TO CHOOSE?
    Nothing prevents you from going exploring the different currents of art therapy available to you. Surely one of them will suit you better. Nevertheless, before being methods and currents, remember that it is above all about meeting and affinity. Simple questions can help: - "Did the meeting with this or that art therapist go well?" - "Did I feel comfortable? - "Did I feel listened to?
  • DO I NEED TO HAVE ARTISTIC KNOWLEDGE?
    No, no particular artistic ability is required to start an art-therapeutic follow-up. This is not about producing or exhibiting a product or show, but about using your creative resources – whether or not you feel like you are using them. have.
  • HOW CAN I SET MY SESSIONS / INTERVIEWS?

  • WHAT TO BRING FOR THE FIRST SESSION?
    Whether for your preliminary interview or for your first session, you have nothing special to bring. Access to the arts-therapies cabinet is on the top floor of the Center NezSens. The treatment area has a wooden floor, you will be asked to take off your shoes, if you do not want to stay barefoot or in socks, remember to bring slippers or suitable shoes. You have a space provided to take off your shoes. Other than that, no particular attire is recommended.
